The therapies offered by Just Natural Therapies are complementary and holistic and are a wonderful way of keeping the body in homeostasis, meaning balance.
A complementary therapy is one that is carried out in conjunction with or in addition to conventional medicine and the treatments complement each other.
A holistic therapy is one that treats the individual as a whole, in body, mind and spirit.
While both complementary and holistic treatments don’t claim to be cures, they offer an effective way of bringing the body into a place of balance and well-being.
