About Me

My name is Janet Neville-Thomas and I am a complementary therapist based in the greater Dublin area.
Complementary therapies are an area I have always been interested in so when the opportunity arose to study as a Reflexologist I didn’t hesitate. I have an ITEC Diploma in Reflexology and Holistic Studies through the Obus School of Wellness Centre in Leixlip Co Kildare. I am also a qualified Reiki Practitioner, Thai Foot Massage, Indian Head Massage and Ci Foot Reflex Massage Therapist.

As a mother of two I recognise the importance in taking care of yourself and giving your body the best opportunity to achieve homeostasis or balance and I believe that complementary therapies can improve and enhance the wellbeing of the individual while offering gentle and relaxing treatments.
