Preparing your Home for a Treatment

Take the added stress out of your life by having a treatment in your own surroundings.

At Just Natural Therapies we want to make a treatment in your home or office as comfortable for you as possible. Below are some ideas you should take into consideration when planning a treatment in your own environment.

• For all home and office appointments Just Natural Therapies will provide a reclining treatment chair, towels, creams and oils as required .

• Ideally you should have a quiet room for your treatment, enabling you to relax and switch off from your stresses and tensions.

• Have your room to the temperature that is comfortable for you, some people feel a bit cool during a treatment, this is as a result of your body reaching total relaxation. I will provide a blanket if needed.

• Be aware of how you would like your room lit, most clients like dim lighting as this adds to the relaxing experience. Candles are a great way to create the right atmosphere.

• Have a glass of water to hand, this will help flush out any toxins that may have built up during the course of the treatment.
