Just Natural Therapies offers treatments in my treatment room at 52 Castle Riada Drive in Lucan or at Primacare Medical Centre in Ballyowen in Lucan. Home and office treatments can also be arranged. All treatments are by appointment only.

My name is Janet Neville-Thomas and I am qualified Reflexologist. I am also a qualified Reiki Practitioner, Thai Foot Massage, Indian Head Massage and Chi Foot Reflex Massage Therapist.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy and works in conjuction with conventional medicine with the main aim of helping the body's own healing process and maintaining homeostatis or balance in the body through gentle massage techniques to the feet. Many conditions such as sleep disorders, arthritis, high blood pressure, fertility, stress related illnesses and many more can be improved through reflexology treatments. It is also a wonderful relaxing and calming way to spend an hour.

As a member of the IRI (Irish Reflexologists Institute) and ARCHTI (Association of Registered Complementary Therapists of Ireland) my clients have the reassurance of knowing their therapist is a member of associations which pride themselves on their strict code of ethics and high standard of qualifications of their members.

As I am a member of the IRI my clients may be able to claim refunds on reflexology treatments from their private health insurer depending on their individual policy.
